- Biometric devices at client sites — typically ₹8,000–15,000 per location, plus installation and a service contract, and useless the moment work happens somewhere new.
- Supervisor time spent reconciling attendance — if that is four hours a week at supervisor cost, it is usually the largest line.
- Payroll leakage from unverified hours — the range commonly cited in workforce studies is 2–8% of field payroll. On a 40-person team this is generally larger than the software cost.

Pricing questions
Yes, and this is deliberate. Every plan includes the entire product. We do not hold back reporting or scheduling for a higher tier, because a ten-person team needs the same evidence trail a two-hundred-person team does. The only thing that changes with the plan is the per-user rate.
It follows your field user count: up to 10 users is Basic at ₹299, 11 to 50 users is Standard at ₹249, and above 50 users is Premium at ₹199. You do not choose a tier — your team size determines it.
Trackrr is sold on annual contracts only. It keeps the per-user price meaningfully lower than a comparable monthly plan would be, and field attendance is not a tool teams adopt for a few weeks — the value shows up across a full cycle of payroll runs and client disputes.
Every account except your first admin account, which is free. Field employees who check in, additional admins and supervisors are all billed at the same per-user rate. So a team with 40 technicians, 1 admin and 5 supervisors has 46 accounts and pays for 45. Client sites are unlimited and never charged.
You add users and are charged for them pro rata for the remainder of the contract. If crossing a threshold moves you into a cheaper tier, the better rate applies to the users you add — growing should not be penalised.
No. Setup is adding your employees and client sites, which takes minutes, and we will do it with you on the demo call if you want. There is no hardware to buy and nothing to install at a client location.
You can export everything at any point, including during and after cancellation. On written request we permanently delete your organisation's data from production and backups within 30 days.
