On tracking people, honestly
Any tool in this category can be used well or badly, and it is worth being straight about that. Trackrr is built to verify that agreed work happened at an agreed place and time. It is not built to watch where someone goes during their day, and we have deliberately made that difficult: there is no continuous background location, no route trace, and no silent capture.
In practice, teams that introduce Trackrr as proof of work get a very different reception from teams that introduce it as surveillance. The single most useful thing you can do in week one is show your field staff their own screen — what gets recorded, what does not, and that they can see all of it themselves.

Deleting your data
You can export everything at any point, including during and after cancellation. On written request we permanently delete your organisation’s data from production systems and backups within 30 days, and confirm when it is done.
Security and privacy questions
No. Location is captured at check-in and check-out, and optionally at each job update — not continuously in the background. Staff can see exactly what was recorded about them, which is usually what turns scepticism into acceptance in the first week.
A selfie image, GPS coordinates with an accuracy figure, a server-side timestamp, the site the visit belongs to, and any notes or photos the employee attaches. Nothing else is collected from the device — no contacts, no messages, no browsing, no continuous location.
Yes, and we think this matters. Each person can see their own check-ins, locations and hours in the app. Transparency is what makes location tracking acceptable to a field team rather than adversarial.
On secure cloud infrastructure, with servers located in India. If your contract has a specific data residency requirement, raise it with us before you sign and we will tell you plainly whether we can meet it.
You control that. Roles range from owner through admin and supervisor to viewer, and supervisors can be scoped to specific sites or teams so they see only their own people.
