Attendance and deployment proof for facility management teams
Your contracts promise a headcount at each site every shift. Trackrr proves you delivered it — site by site, shift by shift, with a selfie and GPS stamp behind every name on the invoice.
Facility management companies use Trackrr to prove contracted headcount was actually deployed at each client site. Housekeeping and technical staff check in with a selfie at the site; Trackrr captures GPS coordinates and a server-side timestamp automatically.
The result is a per-site, per-shift attendance record you can attach to an invoice when a client disputes deployment, and a single export that feeds payroll for staff spread across dozens of locations.
What goes wrong without it
Every industry has its own version of the attendance problem. In facility management, it usually looks like this.
Deployment disputes at invoice time
The client claims only nine of the twelve contracted housekeepers showed up on Tuesday. Your supervisor says twelve. Neither of you has evidence, so you absorb the deduction.
Attendance scattered across sites
Registers sit at thirty different client locations. Payroll week becomes a WhatsApp scramble to photograph them, and the numbers rarely reconcile.
Replacement staff go unrecorded
When a regular is absent and a floater covers, the register often still shows the regular. You are paying one person and billing for another.
How Trackrr works for facility management
Site-level deployment records
Every check-in is tied to a registered client site. Pull up any date and see exactly who was deployed where, against the headcount your contract commits to.
Floaters and replacements tracked properly
A replacement checks in as themselves. The record shows who actually worked the shift, so payroll pays the right person and billing reflects reality.
Shortfall alerts before the client notices
If a site is below contracted strength an hour into the shift, you know — while there is still time to send someone rather than explain later.
One export for multi-site payroll
Attendance for every site and every shift in a single Excel file, cut to your pay cycle. No register photography, no reconciliation.

Facility management questions
Yes. Sites can have multiple shifts a day, and each check-in is recorded against the shift it belongs to. Night-shift attendance at a site is reported separately from the day shift, which matters when your contract prices them differently.
Supervisors check in and out at each site they visit, so you get a route with time spent at each location. It is the same flow as a technician doing multiple jobs — the day just has more stops.
You can export a site-specific attendance report and share it. Many FM companies attach it to the monthly invoice, which tends to end deduction arguments before they start.
Trackrr needs a smartphone for the selfie and GPS capture. In practice most FM companies run it on the supervisor's phone for the site, or on shared handsets where individual phones are not realistic — each person still checks in with their own face.
